At last! Avaya have created an application that even I can install – and as I can’t even set my alarm, believe me, that’s really saying something!

The Avaya one-X® Agent is a sophisticated, sexy little app. being used in contact centres in the Philippines – and by me of course. It streamlines the user interface, has embedded video and improved deployment options. Using a Standard Microsoft® Installer® (which, surprisingly, I can) you just install One-X easily customise and you’re away. For those of you who work from home like I do and who don’t want to bother the ‘IT Guys’ with easy Avaya phone system installation stuff, this application is pretty sweet!

Avaya Phone Systems announced the new version of its powerful desktop application suite designed for the thousands of call center agents in the Philippines.

The new application, Avaya oneX agent features significant enhancements – including a streamlined user interface, embedded video and improved deployment options but unfortunately nothing to change the nasal twang of agents’ voices – that can improve the Avaya installation, productivity and cost-efficiencies of today’s increasingly virtual customer service operations.
