Elite Telecom is the fast choice for Kwik Fit

Kwik Fit, Europe's largest provider of fast-fit services for motorists, has chosen telecommunication specialists Elite Telecom to provide a call management solution for its nationwide network of centres.

Tyre, exhaust, brakes and MOT specialist Kwik Fit provides its customers with a national service across 600 centres and receives thousands of telephone calls each week. The company, which prides itself on its excellent customer service, wanted to ensure that all enquiries were handled quickly and efficiently by the caller's nearest centre.

Elite Telecom has designed a call management solution that can route all calls according to their geographic location. From a single, memorable, telephone number, calls are automatically directed to the nearest centre, without delay. This saves valuable time for Kwik Fit customers by ensuring that their calls are answered quickly and they are put into direct contact with the most convenient centre for them.

Kwik Fit said: "Putting customers first is our company philosophy. Developing our nationwide network of fast-fit centres is key to that and now Elite Telecom have provided us with an excellent solution which enhances our customers' experience, saves time and enables us to manage our calls much more effectively."
