Elite appoints new call centre specialist

March 2007

Telecommunication experts Elite Telecom have appointed Max Hill as the company’s new Call Centre Specialist.

Max joined Elite as a graduate trainee and has now moved into a key role in the company’s corporate team. Having gained experience of working with a wide range of contact centres including MORE TH>N, Cadburys and the Halifax, Max is developing relationships with other major brands such as Weight Watchers, Coca- Cola and the Bradford Group.

Commercial Director Nick Mannion says: "We are delighted that Max has joined Elite’s corporate team in this crucial role. He will enable us to work even more closely with our contact centre clients and help them to realise their full potential."
