There’s no stopping two runners from telecom specialist Elite Telecom who are aiming to raise thousands of pounds for charity by competing in one of Europe’s toughest races – the Snowdonia Marathon.
Simon Cutler, European Sales Director of St Helens-based Elite, and Colin Wilcock, New Business Development Executive, have been training together for the event, on October 25th , which will be the 26th marathon to be held on Wales’ and England’s highest peak.
It is the second time that Simon, who is raising money for the Willowbrook Hospice in St Helens, will have competed in the race and he is hoping to improve on his time this year.
For Colin, who is raising money for ovarian cancer research, this is his first major marathon. “Running in the Snowdonia Marathon has been a long-standing ambition for me and it’s great to have the chance to help out these charities,” he says. |
