  • Elite Telecom was able to amalgamate Waterfields bills giving them a one bill solution which could then be paid straight to Elite, instead of having numerous bills payable to a number of different suppliers.
  • Elite also provided Waterfields with the capability to view their full itemised bills online, which enabled them to clearly view and monitor each of their sites’ costs.

The Results 

  • Reduced monthly bills - As a result Waterfields reduced their bills, as well as cutting down the work required by the Accounts Department. Having one simple itemised bill also allows Waterfields to keep a close eye on costs.
  • More productive Accounts team - As the bills were simplified the Accounts Department found that the time and effort they were placing into the unscrambling of their old bills could be better placed into other areas. This effectively made the whole team more efficient.
